Highlighting seasonal flavours, our chefs have created a unique tasting menu that is refreshingly local. Featuring innovative dishes and locally sourced ingredients, our Dine Out menu includes a selection of starters, entrées and desserts and includes vegetarian and gluten-free options.
During the festival, we are proud to feature BC VQA wine pairings from the Okanagan Valley’s Gray Monk Winery. This special selection of wines can be enjoyed by the glass, bottle or in a flight of three.
